Why httpd run more than 100?

When I check httpd process, I can see more than 100 httpd process running...
In my httpd.conf I set,

StartServers 5
MinSpareServers 5
MaxSpareServers 10
MaxRequestsPerChild 150.

Can someone help me with this problem..
