Hi

Which kind of BC release???

It could be possible that the name entered is not "ASTE FRANCESCO" with only 14 caraters.
It could be "ASTE FRANCESCO " or with more spaces at the end.
In some BC release, the name with the spaces should match exactly, I spend headache on it when site manager enter via EMG such spaces.

Best regards

OK we will look into the "spaces"..

Hi,
below info from Alex
NI consists on NIH program unit. This is a command handler. The extension and group names are stored in the distribution block DE, like any other characteristic of the directory number which the name is assigned to. The same applies to individual operator names in DO.
The ACD group names are stored, besides, in DA block, in every LIM in the system. The DNIS names are stored in DAT block, in every LIM in the system.

The names for dial by name feature are stored in NDB block, in every LIM in the system.

The additional information for hospitality feature is stored in the distribution block DE. That additional information can be assigned to the hospitality class extensions, e.g.:

- Digital extensions (ODN)
- Analog extensions (primary)
- ISDN extensions
- Dual access extensions
- Cordless extensions

Best Regards
