Trying to get into to do a card renumber via the telset and there is no prompt when I hit menu for system programming. What gives?

Why does "System Programming" not show up on the screen of my operator MLX20?

The system admin port can be any of the first 5 ports if programed, if you do not know which station is the admin , take the MLX 20 back to the legend or magix and try in each of first 5 ports to see if you can enter admin there. Then you will know the admin station
