why does only one user keeps on going offline?

I have one user that continues to have his outlook go offline with no rhyme or reason. Outlook 2003 is being used. There are 70 people in the office and it is just happening to one person. Has anyone run into this problem before?

Could be hardware related to his particular machine. Faulty NIC Card? Does he lose access to anything else or just Outlook?
