Why does my Task Scheduler not trigger?

I have been trying to schedule a daily reboot of my Citrix servers, but the AT task does not trigger. I am running NT4.0 Terminal Server with Citrix Meterframe 1.8. I have checked that the Task Scheduler is running and that the task is loaded, but the scheduler appears to be ignoring the tasks. The only thing I can think of is that it is something to do with the user that the scheduler is running under, but in the services panel, the scheduler start up information does not allow me to change it from the system account (the options are greyed out). Does any one have any ideas ? Thanks
