why does my modem have 2 drivers?

It lists a driver MDP3900VU and MDP3900VW for my Aztech Internal 56k modem. Any ideas? Thanks, Forkspoon2

It's a winmodem. Needs serial port device driver and actual modem driver. Cheers,
