Why Does it says not a valid Win32 application when I run QBasic inxp?

Qbasic use to work on my laptop that has Window XP but now it says "not a valid Win32 Appilcation what can I do to fix it?

The only thing I could think of doing would be scanning it with your virus scanner, or reset your computer's settings back to a day that it did work.
