Why does it repeat the same "answer" on each record?

I have placed a drop down bar in a Form which says "Male" or "Female" so I can select one or the other form members of the Group which I am keeping records for.

However, when I change it on one record it changes it for all the records and I don't understand why.

Obviously I need it to be different for each person depending on their gender.

Please help me ... :)

My guess is that your control is not "bound" to a field. Check the controls "control source" property. Should have the name of your field
