Why does IE8 keep being closed?

IE8 frequently posts the attached dialog and closes itself. Then it sends off an Error Report to MS (they never acknowledge or tell me what went wrong).

Why does it keep doing this?

Hi,
Often that means the site yuo are attempting to visit has some issue involving security ( like trojans, etc) and IE is set up to prevent possible infections.
