I inserted a 9 meg .wmv file into one of my web pages via Front Page 2002, but Front Page drastically reduces its quality - down to 900k. When I open the page to edit it, FP 2002 allows me to right click on the image icon to display its properties, but it only gives options for looping and such. There is nothing about video quality adjustments. This is odd because when you right click on a regular .jpg image, you can adjust the image quality.
Does anyone know how I can improve the video quality that FP 2002 takes upon itself to degrade?
Also, when the webpage is viewed on the internet via your browser, it will only work with IE, but not Netscape. Any suggestions? Additionally, when the page is opened, the video file launches and plays automatically. I would prefer the file to be in the form of a hyperlink that when clicked, a dialog box opens to give the user a choice whether to open the file or to save it. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
