Why does Dopler Radar no longer work in IE, but does in Opera?

The Dopler Radars at -

- no longer display in IE, but they work in Opera. Anyone have a guess as to why? This has happened to my two personal computers and my business laptop over the past several months. Desktop is running Win 2000 Pro w/latest IE. One laptop is running XP Home SP2. My business laptop, which most recently stopped displaying the radar loops, is running XP Pro. I unintalled and re-installed Java 2 Runtime Env on two of the machines to on avail.

Thanks in advance for any ideas/clues.

BECAUSE OPERA IS A STANDALONE WEB BROWSER
