Why does Access do not display proper foreign character?

Umm, I'm running into problem displaying correct Korean character in the Access database. I can properly enter and display if I use Access database to enter the character. If I use ASP to enter it I get something like 김자조 (Unicode) displayed inside the Access database. Any ideas anyone?
