Why do my computer frequently perform illegal operations, invalid page faults, or completely freeze-up?<br>
I have an Aptiva 311.

Sounds like bad RAM, maybe. (S'funny, you probably don't even HAVE this computer anymore.)

what OS are u running.. sounds more like Windows 9x .. if so, u might want to try a memory test.. if that proves alright, i think it's time u moved to a multi-user, mult-tasking OS like Windows 2000 Pro or Linux...
