Hi.

This problem has baffled me for sometime. At home, using IE v.6, when I go to my website at (domain is currently being moved) images fail to load. Especially while browsing through the gallery. They're linked and everything...if I click refresh the missing images appear.

At work this doesn't happen, but they have a DSL...although I don't think it should matter. And, I have never gotten complaints from people I know who visited (unless they're afraid to say something or just don't know any better). Anyhow, can anyone explain this?

Thank you,
Dan

I had no problem viewing the images on your site...
Try to clear all your cache and then retry... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

Thanks GUJUmOdeL.

I don't quite understand how my cache can prevent an image display from the initial load, but hey it works.

Thanks a million,
Dan

You mention that the site is being moved. It could be that the servers you are going through haven't updated the dns yet. It seems odd, but sometimes when you move from one server to another, your neighbor might view your site ok, but you get broken images.

As far as the cache, the cached paths might be to the old server.

Yeah, that makes sense. Thanks for everyone's input.

Much appreciated,
Dan
