Why do I get this failure

When er try to backup my network it displays the following faliure:

Directory not found. Can not backup directory \Registry\C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile and its subdirectories.

After this the backup stops. All the other computers goes well and has the same configuration.

Backupexec is looking for "\Registry\C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile", does this exist? I doubt that it does, search your computer for it, search the registry for it. If it truely doesn't exsist then go to your job definition and de-select it to make the error go away.
