Why do I get this error message?

Hi folks

Sometimes I do get this error message and I am puzzled by it, if I telnet to the box and logged on as an oracle user and open another telnet box and log on as an oracle user I get this error message.


3004-312 All available login sessions are in use.

Just for one login !

Is there anything I can adjust the settings?

check the value of maxlogins in the /etc/security/login.cfg
file.

now I test this and only after rebooting changing takes
effect.
