Sometimes when I try to save my Quark Document, I get the message "Volume not found".
Although I found version difference, as the main reason for this. But sometimes even opening the file with the same version (with which it was created), the message still appears. Then I have to manually update the picture files. After which the file saves.

I don't know the exact reason for all this. Please help.

Check your application preferences file - check the folders for your autosave and autobackup. If in doubt untick box boxes.

When using Quark, work on the hard disk not the server and copy the file back to the server after you have finished with it - this minimises problems.
