why different IP adresses 2

When I am watching these youtube lessons the IP adresses are like these
for example
10.0.0.1

My IP adress is
192.165.5.17
not exact but this is fore demonstration

My question is how come they are completely different
Is it because the top one is for a router
but I also have a router
This is confusing me

Sometime in 1992, they realized they were running out of IP Addresses, so they set aside 3 private ranges folks could use behind a NAT router that would never conflict with an address on the Internet.
10.x.x.x allows 16 million devices on a private network, very few of us have 16 million devices we need to attach to the internet.

172.16.xx to 172.31.x.x allows 1 million devices on a private network, very few of us have 1 million devices we need to attach to the internet.

192.168.x.x allows 65 thousand devices on a private network, very few of us have 65 thousand devices we need to attach to the internet.

All three ranges are useful, but in practice, one rarely needs more than 250 IP addresses, so one has a LOT of different choices in the legal private ranges.
