Why can't User Print from Infoview

The user cannot print from Infoview so I deleted the Crystal Print Control from \Windows\Downloaded Program Files\ and then logged off the PC.

Had user log into PC. I then linked to Infoview, logged in as myself, run the query, print the report (a new Crystal Print control was installed at this point) and then logged off. Had the user log in again, link to Infoview, run the report and print but nothing printed.


Any ideas what I am missing? I even renamed her profile.

What access rights does she have to the report? The "View" rights level that is built into XI does NOT include the rights to print or export.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.

The other users assigned to that group can print but not her.

I'm also having problem similar to this,Did you find out the rpoblem.

My problem is when the user is trying to export the report it is giving error saying that "he don't have rights to print the report"

I started a new thread on this problem,Just curious to know if it worked for you.

I'm new to CMC plaese explain in detail,if there is anything i can do to find out.
