why can't the spiders see my copy? 2

I am working on a recommendation for the site

http://www.uniondiamond.com.

When you view this site through a spider simulator it only sees the meta tags and no content. I was hoping maybe someone could take a quick look at it and let me know if they see anything in the programming that would be preventing spiders from indexed the copy?

and fix the 86 errors on the main page.

real spiders seem to be ok http://www.uniondiamond.com/&hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&safe=off&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2004-34,GGLD:en&filter=0]Google[/url], Yahoo and MSN.

Though the site needs a lot of work to actually optimise it.
