I have a DSC defined in CDP in Ld 87. When I dial from the outside this DSC and try to come in on my PRI from the PSTN I get a recording that this number does not exist. The DSC I defined happens to be 4 digits and is one of our DID numbers. Bell is sending us 4 digits. Are Distant Steering Codes not accessible via the outside or something?

When I define that number as anything else (digital set, analog set, ACDN) I get the call fine.

Hi,

Do you have trunk-2-trunk forwarding allowed??

Check the CDB or the CFN (LD 15 or LD17), can't remember which one... try the CDB first) for the prompt EXTT. If you set it to YES it should work.
