Why can't I set the vertical line spacing to 7 lines per inch?

I am sending native PCL commands from a CICS program.

I can set the output to print 8 lines per inch and I can set the output to print 6 lines per inch. However, when I try to set it to 7 lines per inch, it appears to default back to 6 lines per inch. Any thoughts?

Nevermind.

The VMI parameter appears to be what I'm looking for.
