Why can't I see a report thumbnail?

I have chekced 'show report thumbnail', but there still isn't one to be seen.

That's not a whole lot of information to go on. One would guess you are speaking of the CMC in Crystal Enterprise. But you probably have not saved data with the report in the CR designer (File menu). I believe you also need to check Save Preview Picture in File / Summary Info.

Hi,
And even if you do get them to appear, I have never, ever found them to be useful..It is too small to give a good picture of the output and making it larger in the default pages is problematic.
