Why can't I print this webpage?

I need to make sure that any pages on this website I am creating will be able to print properly.

I get a blank sheet, save for graphics and lines when I go to print.

The site has to be accessible for the disabled, so any fine tuning to make the page print properly has to be done with HTML and CSS, but not JavaScript.

Any ideas on what I can do to provide a way to print any page on the site?

Are you using frames? Don't know why, but frames seems to create havoc with th eprint button! There's always a better way...
