Hi,

I have a crosstab report. It is breaking down the groups by sales regions. It is then reporting for each sales region the total (SUM) of the outstanding Accounts Receivable balances for that region, and the number (COUNT) of the number of accounts per region.

I have also included the Percent of A/R Balances, and the Percent of the number of accounts.

Thus the report looks like this:

Region A $ Total
# of Accounts
Total %
Count %

Region B $ Total
# of Accounts
Total %
Count %

The “$ Total” is a currency field, and the “# of Accounts” is a number field. Both are formatted to show zero decimal places. The “$ Total” field is formatted to show a $ sign to the left of the value.

I am trying to get both of the percent fields to format identically….two decimal places, and with the percent sign to the right of the value. I can get the formatting for the “Total %” to work correctly, but whenever I change the formatting for the “Count %”, and then click on OK after going into the format/customize window and making my changes to show 2 decimal places, it just ignores my changes, and goes back to zero decimal places. Why won’t it keep my formatting changes?

Thanks,

David
