why can't go to Netbackup Administrative Console

hi all,

in my environment, we are controlled by eTrust, so I have root privilliges but no root password. I can run all Netbackup commands in command line, however I can't go to GUI Netbackup Administrative Console, every time I run jnbSA and log on by my id it takes me to client console. (I am in Master Server). Does anybody know how to log on to Netbackup Administrative Console (server) in this situation?

xxx ADMIN=ALL JBP=ALL
* ADMIN=JBP JBP=ENDUSER+BU+ARC
