Why can some cut/paste and... 1

... other's can't while using Terminal Server? I want to allow users to be able to cut/paste from their laptops to the Terminal Server session.
This is working on one of the users. But the other 5 are unable to cut/paste.
What am I missing here?

when you create a connection using RDP (mstsc), if you click Options, then go into Local Resources, theres an option to share your local clipboard (amongst other things) across your terminal services session. You probably just need to tick that.
