On my report I do have a few cross-tabs approx 297 of them but when I want to add a cross-tab or two and the Program hangs and I have to exit via control alt delete, why is this .

7007:You need to understand that in order to generate a cross tab, CR needs to read in all of the relevant data, summarise and sort it before displaying and therefore having a large number of separate cross tabs will eat up memory very fast hence your crash. Try putting your cross tabs on separate subreports, that might help David C. Monks

If you already have 297 (different objects?) and you try to copy more you might be running out of memory. Ken Hamady
