Why branch tunnel not come back after disconnected

We have a customer site, has Nortel BSR222 on both locations and had branch tunnel built up. Customer reported that sometimes BOT disconnected and didn't come back for like 20 min, and then back on. At mean time the internet is OK on both locations. Any idea ehat should I check?
