Why BCM w/T1 trunk drops calls randomly?

Hi Guys,
Our client has a BCM 400 3.7, T1 trunk, works fine except randomly drop some calls. Who has the same experience and has already fixed it? Please give me some advices, thanks!

try to install the latest CORE patches first. These address some issues with dropped calls.

You may also have a bad PRI line - check your error reports for a dropped connection of the PRI itself.
