Why aren't my parameters being requested via the browser? 1

as per subject line.
running CE10 using my PC as a web-server(IIS)

I have created the reports in CR10, with various parameters.
When I run them from the web-desktop, it just displays the data that was returned on their last run in CR.
It does not prompt the user for the parameters.

one of my reports does, but no other ones seem to.
am I doing something wrong?

Did you go into the CMC and set the database tab and the parameters tab?

I don't have CE 10, but previous versions required this.

Also turn off the File-Save Data with report from within the Crystal Reports designer to prevent it from ever showing previous data.

the save data with report was ticked. now I have taken it off it works fine!
