why are html frames such a pain!

hey i'm back again with another problem

the buttons work fine and everything except for the frames, the page is set up into 4 HTML frames

i have the flash setup so that when the pictures link is clicked it will go into HTML frame D, but instead it just brings up a new window? anyone know what's going on? my .fla is at

works fine for me...pictures links opens up in frame d..comm opens up in a new window..so just make sure your links are targeting the right frame..
