Why are hash codes so hard to get For dsl-hs-2.3

I called Lucent about A router I have,DSL-HS-2.3 Model #12610881. It's Still Under Warrenty under 6months old. I have been talking to lucent for 3 weeks now and they won't give me any hash codes!.... Can someone Help me out?

That's because Lucent discontinued the DSL-HS-2.3MBS model about two years back. It was replaced with the DSL-HST. Ask for a hashcode for the DSL-HST model instead.
