why are emails within a domain not being delivered?

Red Hat Linux release 7.1
sendmail Version 8.11.2

# cat virtusertable
nicky@ymunn.com niki
nicki@ymunn.com niki
niki@ymunn.com niki
rishi@ymunn.com rishi
@ymunn.com rishi

niki and rishi are able to send and receive email to and from
other domains, but when they send emails to each other
outlook express seems to send the email ok but it never
arrives in their mailbox on the linux server.

Can anyone give me a clue as to why this is happening?
