I am using wincvs to access a repository which I'm pretty sure doesn't permit anonymos access. The first time I checked something out, I did have to supply a password; but now when I try to do something (like checkout, update, or commit) I don't get prompted for a password. Is that ok? I guess that means my password has been saved somewhere locally, right?

I think probably you would have logged in (have you tried Admin>Logout or Login)

Oh. So, logging in means that wincvs will provide my password to the cvs server until I log out? Even if I close wincvs?
