The nav table on the left is showing all this spacing between headings. I'm not sure why, It doesn't when viewed in dreamweaver.

Why all the spacing?

1. No units of measurement (px, pt, em, etc.)
2. Page does not validate. See 3. Incorrect usage of tables for non-tabular data
When you have fixed those, come back with any remaining problems and we will see what we can do.
