Hello everyone,
does anybody know why Access runs AUTOEXEC macro even though I hold SHIFT key?
I use MS ACCESS 2000 (XP).

Thanking you in advance.

I've noticed that it's almost impossible for me to bypass my startup stuff when I'm using the wireless keyboard in our conference room. I don't know if there's a delay issue with wireless or if the wireless doesn't keep sending the depressed shift key, or what.

I try not to let my ignorance prevent me from offering a strong opinion.

Hi guys,
thanks for your responses.

Lilliabeth,
my case is different from the situation described in the link.
However, it gave me an idea what is the cause of my problem - AllowBypassKey property.
I found a topic in MSAccess Help related to this property and even a code how to change this property.
It works.

Thanks.
