Why 0% Skillset Service Level

I am setting up a new Symposium 5.0 with Web Client and I'm getting a 0% Service Level on my Real Time display for a skillset that is answering all calls within 4 seconds.
There are no short calls or abandons.
Where am I going wrong?

I have the following settings in my Threshold Class for this skillset.

%Service Level for Ans 30 40
Average Ans Delay 30 40
%ServiceLevel_S 80 90
Calls Waiting 3 5
Call Abandon 5 10

Never mind, I answered my own question. I did not set the Service Level Threshold setting towards the bottom of the configuration page. I guess it must default to zero when you leave it blank, a historical report showed 100% of calls answered after threshold.
