what can stop the group policie from being effective on the network ?

I setup the group policies on my network. I followed everything that I should based on the Win2k Server and Active Directory of Win2k.

Are you try to apply the Group policies to clients and members servers?

What version of windows are your member servers and clients?

If the member servers and clients are not W2K then group polocies will not take effect.

If they are what are your error logs telling you?

Need both on Clients, member servers, AD servers error Meassages?

it does not give me any error it just does not apply the setting. by the way every client is using win2k Prof.
