Look for a website from your Motherboard manufacturer and see if you can download a manual from them. You probably want a power switch to work if you have an ATX case. Next time write down all the jumpers in use. A lot depends if these a pins for the leads that plug into the case wires or just jumpers. If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.

3 pos with green and something with middle missing power on lite, 2 position various colors keylock. You can start by getting the power on switch to the right spot and getting power to the board. then by trial and error find out which colors go where. First probably the reset switch.
You might also get to the M/B website and see what the pin layout really is.
This info should be in the M/B manual if you have it. Ed Fair

Any advice I give is my best judgement based on my interpretation of the facts you supply.

Help increase my knowledge by providing some feedback, good or bad, on any advice I have given.

One is probably: Power LED and the other Keylock.
Keylock is generally unused unless you use a key to turn on the PC before you press the start button? Martin Vote if you found this post helpful please!!
