Whole of project life task

Hi,

Would really appreciate help in creating an appropriate task(s)

Want to add in (PMBOK Monitoring & Controlling) tasks for Risk, Issue and Financial Management.

Tasks should start after Project Charter (say task 5 = 2nd January) is signed and finish 2 weeks before closedown report (say task 100 = 30th June).

Task is done by the Project Manager only.

Task estimated effort is 4 days (32hours) total (from 3rd Jan to 16 June)

8 hour day / 5 day week
