Whole Number Check

Hi all,

I would like to check if a cell has a whole number or a decimal. I would like to combine this into an if statement, but I do not know how to check if the number in the cell is a whole number. Does anyone know how to do this in Excel?

[Blue]Blue[/Blue] [Dragon]

If I wasn't Blue, I would just be a Dragon...
