i am looking at the way to give permission to a client to read the mailbox of an other client. i already update microsoft outlook - tools - services - properties - advanced - open these additional mailboxes.
but when i try in m.o. i have an error message : unable to expand the folder - the set of folders could not be opened

Did you delegate control of the mailbox from the user's mailbox that wants to share the folder.

Ok, let's say that userA needs to read userB's e-mail. Then there are 2 things you could do. Get userB to grant the appropriate permissions to userA, or at the Exchange Administrator, you assing userA as a trusted account to userB. Jason Wilder
