Following a corporate merger I've been frustrated in my repeated efforts to get our email address corrected in the NatSUP mailing list (sent from System_Agent@mitel.com). The email address they have for us is wrong and has been wrong for almost a year. Now the host ISP has informed us that after 31 Dec that our misrouted mail will no longer be forwarded.
Who maintains this?
I no longer have a TAM - he got laid off.
I no longer have a Sr. Acct rep. He too got laid off.
Everything still works (system purchases, AMC, etc) but I'm a little concerned about the email. Even the holiday greeting we rec'd from Don Smith went to the wrong address.
