How can I check to see who has logged on to an ipcc express server... It is a windows 2000 on a hp server....

some scripts keep changing and I want to see why or who...

Windows has the event viewer - that will be first place to look. Then there should be logging on the Express, but I'm only fimilar with the regular version.

Start with the Windows Event Viewer in the Administrator's menu.
