Who load devices at CMD.EXE in XP ?

When you open a CMD.EXE window, and you send a mem /c command you see the list. Question : Who is the responsible
to load all this devices in memory ? Some are from CONFIG.NT (as Himem, REDIR and DOSX ) but what about MOUSE, and KBD ?
( Yes I put this question in a XP Forum too )

system registery! system.ini, win.ini, etc..

Check in those files. Especially in the registry! Ali Koumaiha -:)
 
The problem are MSDOS and KBD devices. I´ve searched all INIs e registry with REGEDIT. Unsuccessfully.
 
I guess that is part of the Kernell!. When XP is loading, you can press F5 and you can do step by step confirmation and see where are these TSR are loading from AK
