I have a MICA card in my option 11 (release 3.0). Does anyone know how to program this card. My goal is to set an auto attendant up and a queue for a small group of people. The card itself does not have any flash drives plugged into it. Do I need those. I know nothing about this card so the more help the better. Thanks.

can you access the card via serial or http?.. once you plug into the serial you can at least set an ip addess, then from that network that will get you to a login screen.. is this a working card? if not you need to build it in the switch as well

I think I may be missing a cable or something. This card does not have a serial port or ethernet port. I assume I need a cable placed where my switch tail is located with those ports. Is this correct??

How do I build the card in the switch. This is basically a digital line card right?? Do I build each TN as a digital phone. Will these be actual phone. I don't know. I can't fine any documention on this card.

here's the 1st station on my mica..

my set up has the same mcn for all 32 sets, the lead dn 1919 is the target for the main menu and hunts to a hgt pilot that contains the other 31 dn's..

after you build the 1st station, you should be able to dial the dn and hear a default msg and treatment

and of course how many stations you need depends on the number of lic you have for the mica... my lead number is a did since i wanted to give that dn as a published dn for patient information..

Thanks for the info. What about the flash cards and the cable. I need those correct??? You mentioned I need to interface the card via serial or ethernet.
