Who knows how to get the NAT option ungreyed in site manager

do i need any software or can you point me in the right direction to get info on it.

Hi Grant, it looks as if you will have upgrade your software to BayRS Version 12.00 and use site Manager Version 6.0. We run the old version (11.03) so I cant tell you much about it, the only thing I could find was customer contact number @

You have to go to "edit circuit", "add protocol", and check NAT to make it un-grey in the protocal box.
