I was poking around the directories on the application server and found this webapp to trouble shot network issues, packet loss, etc..

**UPDATE**
Only works with WebRTC Calls... luckily you can do this now from within the UserPortal.

Login with a user and password.. not ext and pin.
Make some calls and watch it go.

Nope, been there since day 1 of supporting the IP Office Web Client (the WebRTC softphone that works with one-X Portal).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

All of a sudden in IP Office outside calls show the main BTN and not the actual extension of the user making the phone call. How can I fix this?
