Who has the Original installed website

Who can help me with information to setup the original websites on sharepoint after installation.

After I installed the portal, and played around on my test system and somehow managed to remove the original sites. To prevent a total reinstall I would like to retreive/build the originals somehow.
(and no I did not make a backup, stupid me)
